I'm a web developer based in New Jersey who helps local businesses look as good online as they do in person. I studied computer science and build every site by hand — no bloated page builders, no cookie-cutter templates.

The price I quote is the price you pay — fixed, in writing, before any work starts. The only ongoing cost is the optional Care Plan (or just your own domain, about $15/year, if you handle hosting yourself).
Yes, completely. The domain, the files, everything is in AK Web Studio. If we ever stop working together, the site stays yours and keeps working.
Small fixes in the first month are free. After that, the Care Plan covers regular updates, or I can quote one-off changes — usually same-week turnaround.
About an hour total: a short chat about your business, sending me your photos and details, and a final look before launch. I handle everything technical.
